Social Media Manager & UX Intern

As the Social Media Manager & UX Intern for the Center for the Business of Sustainability at the Penn State Smeal College of Business, I lead content strategy and multimedia production across YouTube, LinkedIn, TikTok, Instagram, and Spotify. My work focuses on creating audience-driven digital experiences, including video editing, on-site filming, motion graphics, event promotions, and branded communication for sustainability initiatives.
From August to November, I increased the Center’s profile views and post engagement by 4,000%+, driven by a consistent content pipeline, analytics-based strategy, and refreshed visual branding. I develop graphics, short-form video content, podcast visuals, and event promos that align with accessibility standards and Smeal branding guidelines. This role has strengthened my skills in content design, storytelling, UX-aligned social strategy, and digital brand building across multiple platforms.
